To register software, simply go to OUR SOFTWARE page and add the software you wish to register to your shopping cart.  Then, when you are ready to checkout, click on the View Cart icon.  Payment is simple and safe.  All transactions are received through PayPal and are therefore secure.  For more information on PayPal, click the icon at the bottom of this page.

 

When you register, you will be given a registration key to enter into your palm which will remove the 30 day demo.  This key is generated based on the name your Palm is registered to.  To find out this name, click on the HotSync icon on your palm.  In the upper right corner, your name will be displayed.  When you register, you need to enter this name exactly as it appears.  The key will be case sensitive for your name.  That is, a key generated for "John Smith" will not work for "john smith" or "JOHN SMITH."  So please take extra care when entering your HotSync name that it appears exactly as it does on your Palm's HotSync screen.

 

You will receive your key via e-mail 24-48 hours after payment.  Please be sure that your e-mail address with your Handango payment is valid.  Please note that all sales are final.  Refunds are not available for any reason.  If there is an error in payment above the selling price of the software or the accidental order of multiple copies of the same application, the difference will be given in the form of store credit.  Please thoroughly check your order for errors before submitting.  Once your payment is received, a registration code will be sent to you.  This code cannot be "undone" and, therefore, return or refund is not possible.  Furthermore, GuineaSOFT reserves the right to refuse registration keys for "generic" HotSync IDs that are in use by multiple users.  HotSync IDs must be the specific name of the sole individual using the Palm.  Multi-user licenses are available upon request.
